All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds except in the case of defective or damaged items, as outlined below.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items As all sales are final, we do not accept returns on any items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes sale items and gift cards.
Exchanges We do not offer exchanges. If you received a defective item, please contact us and we will make it right with a full refund.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition as received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items. Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
